Mobile health (mHealth) applications have emerged as transformative tools in chronic disease management, offering innovative pathways to enhance patient self-care, improve clinical outcomes, and optimize healthcare delivery. With the increasing global burden of chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, and hypertension, mHealth technologies provide scalable, cost-effective solutions for real-time monitoring, personalized interventions, and patient–provider communication.
