Abstract

Healthcare workers (HCWs) are at the frontline of pandemic response, facing elevated risks of physical exposure, work-related stress, and psychological burden. This international survey-based study investigates the psychological health, stress levels, coping mechanisms, and associated risk factors among healthcare professionals during global pandemics.
