Peer Review Policy

MOIJMR follows a double-blind peer review process:

• All submissions undergo initial editorial screening for quality and plagiarism.

• Articles are sent to at least two independent reviewers with subject expertise.

• Authors may be asked to revise manuscripts as per reviewers’ feedback.

• Final acceptance is based on scientific merit, originality, and clarity.

• Peer review typically takes 2–4 weeks from submission.

Ethics & Malpractice Statement

The journal adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

• Plagiarism: Articles are screened using plagiarism detection software; manuscripts with >10% similarity are rejected.

• Authorship: Only those who contribute significantly should be listed as authors.

• Conflict of Interest: All authors, reviewers, and editors must declare conflicts.

• Data Integrity: Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data will lead to rejection and reporting to institutions.

• Retraction Policy: Papers may be retracted for ethical violations or serious errors.

Manuscript Types: Research Articles, Review Papers, Case Reports, Short Communications.

• Title Page (title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author)

• Abstract (250–300 words) + Keywords

• Introduction

• Materials and Methods

• Results

• Discussion

• Conclusion

• References (APA/Harvard/MLA as per policy)

Formatting:

• File format: MS Word / LaTeX

• Font: Times New Roman, 12pt

• Spacing: 1.5

• Referencing: APA 7th Edition

Submission Process:

• Authors submit manuscripts via online submission form or direct email

• No login required initially

• Articles must include an ethics statement (if human/animal studies).

Archiving & Indexing

• Content will be preserved via PKP PN (Preservation Network).

• Planned indexing in: Google Scholar, CrossRef, DOAJ, UGC-CARE, Scopus (future).

• Metadata structured for easy discoverability.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

• Standard APC: USD 50

• Discount Policy: Students/low-income country researchers may request waivers or partial discounts.

• No submission charges.
